REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
To find your ideal property, we need to know as much as possible about your requirements. This includes your rental budget, the date by which you need to move, the type and size of property you need, etc. You can let us know all about your requirements by registering online, by phone or by visiting our office, where a member of staff can assist you.
With a clear understanding of your requirements we will then be able to access all properties that match your criteria. And send the details of all of the properties to you by SMS or Email.
Once you found the property you like, contact us! You can book viewings over the phone and in the office Monday to Friday 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
We can conduct viewings at the times suitable for you. And some can be arranged after hours, with pick-ups and drop-offs from town with no extra costs!
If the property is suitable for you don’t delay, to avoid disappointment!
Once you choose a property you like, we do charge an administration fee. If you are choosing property couple months in advance, or the property which is in the particular interest of other tenants, we charge a non-refundable booking fee, which varies from property to property.
Once you rent property managed by us, your worries are over!
